REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND DEADLINES
All refunds and cancellations of exhibitor booth fees and sponsorships must be in writing to CalDesal by Monday, January 10, 2025. Cancellations will be refunded until this date, less a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date.
MAILING YOUR PAYMENT
If mailing a payment, it must be received by January 16, 2025, to avoid a $250 late fee. Please mail a check to CalDesal, 800 R Street, Suite 209, Sacramento, CA 95811.
If payment is not received in the CalDesal office prior to the opening of the 2025 Annual Conference, we will ask that an attending exhibitor pay onsite via credit card including the additional $250 late fee.
